[The Null Hypothesis]

About

I'm Kumak, a front-end developer who's been writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for 13 years. I have a passion for simple things that just work.

Why "The Null Hypothesis"

In statistics, you start with no assumptions and see what the data tells you. That's how I approach things. No preconceived notions about what should work. Just what actually does.

What I Care About

Web standards, accessibility, and semantic HTML. I follow the newest trends, but prefer to be one step behind when implementing them.

I believe in simplicity over complexity. Elegant solutions over clever hacks. Systems that grow gracefully rather than collapse under their own weight.

Side Projects

In my spare time, I write CLI tools for AI agents. Current project: browser-debugger-cli, a tool for browser debugging via Chrome DevTools Protocol.

What You'll Find Here

Front-end development, developer tooling, and working with AI agents. Practical patterns over theory. Things I've tested and found useful.
